Kim Hill Real Estate Group collects the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send occasional listing and market updates.

We also count visits to this site so we can see which properties are getting attention. Our own count uses no cookies. For each visit we record the page, the town or city your connection appears to come from, the website that referred you, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. Visitors are counted using a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you or followed from one day to the next.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work. It tells Meta which pages were visited and when an inquiry was sent after someone saw one of our ads, and Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the members of our brokerage who need it to help you, and with service providers that operate this website on our behalf.
